Hello, and welcome to my website. It takes courage to begin the process of finding a therapist. I am happy and honored that you have landed here. My work as a therapist is to act as a guide, using a variety of tools including meditation and yoga, to help you journey into the process of self-discovery, acceptance, and transformation.

Together we will access the parts of you that need healing, and call upon your inherent wisdom and strength to help you come home – to yourself.

 

An Integrated Approach to Therapy

Traditional “talk” therapy combined with yoga has tremendous potential for a profound and productive therapeutic experience for people of all ages backgrounds, and body types. The ancient tradition of yoga, involving both attention to the body and to the breath, can be done sitting in a chair, lying on the floor, or through moving and stretching, helps clients become grounded and centered in their own bodies.

Through experiencing the wisdom within the body, clients can more easily-and safely-access and discuss the multi-dimensional layers of their lives.  This integrative approach meets clients where they are and creates a highly personalized path to transformation.
